I’m James — founder of Physique Craft, Personal Trainer and Coach, and your go-to guy for turning busy schedules into powerful routines that actually work.

Coming from a corporate 9-5 background, I get the struggle. Long hours, endless responsibilities, and that frustrating feeling of not knowing where to start with your fitness. I’ve been there — juggling work, life, and trying to find time for myself. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to bridge the gap for busy professionals who want to get in shape, stay consistent, and feel confident in their own skin.

I live and breathe fitness. What started as a way to gain confidence turned into a passion that completely reshaped my life. In 2024, I stepped on stage and placed Top 3 in Men’s Fitness at ICN/ANB Season A — not just to compete, but to challenge myself and prove that with the right systems, anyone can level up.

Now, I help others do the same. My coaching is designed to simplify the process — no fluff, no gimmicks. Just real strategies that fit your lifestyle, build lasting habits, and deliver results. Whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or just feeling like your best self again — I’ve got you.
